This was my first time with this happening, and they were awesome at explaining, helping, keeping us updated, and walking us through the process. The installers were very polite, on time, and did an amazing job cleaning up when they were done. Cody, the project manager, was there at the start to see if we had any questions and back at the end to be sure we were satisfied. After initially having insurance deny myhail damage claim with another contractor, Darren Jenkins with Brookens helped us appeal and get it approved. Once approved, the entire process from start to finish was seamless, very fast and clean up was great. They even painted our vent pipes to help camouflage them.

April 2024 Brookens replaced our shingles and changed out our old roof vents for new ridge vents. They arrived right on time and got to work immediately. There was a job foreman available at all times in case we had questions or if any issues were discovered. The job went amazingly quickly and smoothly. The entire team seemed to know just what to do and they moved like a well oiled machine. They arrived at 7AM and I was writing them a check by 12:30. Great work - great people

Overall, killer communication and work quality.Darren was great as our inital contact/sales person.Oshiana was in contstant contact with me keeping me updated (and on task always in a friendly manner). My claim took nearly one year to finalize due to weather and follow-up adjuster needs. Oshiana was with me every step of the way.Cody/Corey (sorry, my bad recall) was good as my on-site, day-of-work key contact. His crew worked super hard to get the job done right and before another storm rolled in. Roof replacement is messy work but they did a wonderful job cleaning up and keeping nail debris to a minimum.Casey was our Gutter-Guy. His communication was outstanding. Due to weather he had to reschedule twice to keep the crew safe and allow proper work to be done. There was never any guess work on timing, work expectations etc. He took time to ensure customer satisfaction and even cleaned up some residual roof work debris.That guy never walks past anything on the ground. If it does not belong, he picks it up. As simple as that sounds, it is a prime example of his attention to detail and conscienous approach to his workmanship.Thank you Brookens for having great people on your team.

Trae and his crew were very prompt and professional. They took great care to protect my landscaping and returned anything they needed to move (grill, patio table) back to its proper place. They worked fast and cleaned the yard of all the debris. Complete tear off and re-shingle including skylight replacement (and clean up) in less than 4.5 hours. Amazing job!! Thanks guys!!

The roof looks great and I’m happy with it. My only complaints are they broke my some of my landscape lighting in the process (which they paid for). Overall the is the process was extremely messy, there was debris EVERYWHERE (including the trees which I saw workers climbing to get the debris). I am still a month later finding debris… and more concerning roofing nails in my yard which I’m not pleased about. I have dogs and sometimes they are the ones finding the nails.

Brookens Construction just completed my residential roof, and the experience was excellent from the first day I met with Rodrigo right up to completion. After my insurance company denied me coverage (for hail damage) while I was working with a different contractor, I went to Brookens, which suggested I appeal to my insurance company and, with Brookens' guidance and support, I got full coverage! The six-man roofing crew were amazing. They literally worked a 13-plus hour day the first day! And when they finished the next day, they meticulously cleaned up. Project Manager Chad was great to work with and made sure I was happy with every detail. The roof looks great!
