Very professional company that did quick, good work

I had a great experience using Brookens Construction for my new roof. It started with Jacob (Jake) Johnson, field representative, being very knowledgeable and guiding us thru options and choices for the project. Rob Moxley, project manager, was onsite at 0645 with the crew explaining the process of the job, what to expect, and open to any questions thru the entire job. Felix, Jose and their entire crew were a fine tuned machine, and exceeded my expectations with the attention to detail and pride in their work. Upon completion, the emphasis on final clean up by Rob magnet sweeping the lawn, driveway, flower beds etc was really appreciated.Thanks to all of you for a FANTASTIC experience!Jeff Oman - Richfield, WI

Brookens Construction reshingled our entire fourteen condo buildings in less than three days.All of the tenants are very happy with the project and especially with the communications with the Brookens staff. The sales team headed by Aaron Brookens provided samples and information in a timely manner, which helped our committee.On site Project manager Trae Seffrood insured that the project was completed on time. Trae also did follow up on the few minor issues that occurred.

Brookens recently completed our roof replacement and I could not be more pleased with the outcome and the experience. Everyone we spoke with was pleasant, knowledgeable and provided a clear picture of the process and timeline for completion. They also made the entire experience of working with our insurance company very easy, and almost non-existent on our end, which was a pleasant surprise. My Mom and Dad's house sustained hail damage on my Dad's birthday. That turned out to be a gift that none of us ever thought of. I left the message (after hours) with Brookens Construction. William Knight called us back the next day. He was very professional in his assessment of the roof. He is confident and knows his business very well. He assisted us with putting through a insurance claim. Additionally, he came back and walked through the damage with the insurance adjustor - making sure nothing was missed. The claim was approved and two weeks later a crew showed up at the break of day to begin the roof. They were done within three and a half hours. The job foreman (Ernie) was in touch with us the whole time - making sure that all of our questions were answered. We can't say enough about the installation crew - they were kind, respectful and worked extremely well as a team! My Dad is happy with his belated birthday gift and we are extremely happy with Brookens and highly recommend their services!

Brookens had outstanding service in my new roof replacement. Both the main structure and the garage needed replacement. They were efficient and got the job done within 10 hours, respectful of my property ensuring they left no nails by going over with a magnet and taking a leaf blower to the sidewalk to clean up any leftover dust.They have my business for any further repairs moving forward and a customer for life.

Bookens Construction crews were easy to work with and responded to questions quickly and efficiently. The roofing crew were skillful and very hard working. They were also friendly and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Rob from Brookens went over the area to make sure nothing was missed. New skylights were installed as the roof was being prepped for new shingles. The timing was seamless and it all looks great. They also painted the vent pipe to match the shingles. Nice touch. I recommended Brookings to my neighbors and to anyone who needs a new roof.

Brookens installed a new roof at my home on September 17and18, 2024. They did an excellent job, were on time each day. The clean up was done each day before they left and was very complete. Highly recommend Brookens Construction! We had hail damage in a spring storm, but didn’t realize the significance of the damage in our area until we noticed how many other homes in our neighborhood were getting roof replacements. After a couple of different quotes, we reached out to Brookens for another one and Chuck Weber answered our call. Chuck explained to us in detail the process of doing an insurance claim and even was out multiple times to meet with the insurance adjusters. After all pictures and quotes were submitted to our insurance company, Brookens worked with the insurance adjustors over several weeks to ensure that we got the most out of our claim. Once all was settled and work was scheduled, we had Project Manager Rob Moxley manages the work. What was estimated to take two days, was all completed within one day, with no mess remaining. The crew was careful with my plants around the house taking the time to cover them up with tarps, and made sure that the crew went over the yard several times, collecting debris and nails. We had a few sagging gutters afterwards, but Brookens came back out and fixed them all. Overall, the experience was awesome with Brookens. We’ll be using them for any future home needs.

Brookens did my roof in Sept 2024 after hail damage earlier in the summer. All parts of the process (initial inspection, insurance claim & costing, time to get materials, actual roof work, and communication) were easier and better than I expected.Jake did an initial inspection after working with several of my neighbor's roofs and finding hail damage. At first, I didn't let him on my roof as I thought he was one of the many "storm chasers" that had knocked on my door during this period. After some further investigation, I realized they were local and get been around a long time and do quality work. I asked him to come back and he promptly did. His initial inspection was documented with pictures and clear next steps for me to take in calling my insurance carrier to submit a claim. He met the claims adjuster at my house for their inspection. Within 48 hours, my insurance company called with an approved claim. We then reviewed the quote from the insurance company in detail and Brookens did the leg work to get a few additional items added to the quote and quickly approved. Next, the back-office team (Oshiona, Megan, Ashley & Cassandra) kept me up to date on timing of the materials for the project and very detailed plans of what to expect on the actual roofing day. Lastly, Rob & his roofing crew arrived as expected and worked throughout the day to finish the job & clean up in just 1 day, which was great. They protected my plants as best they could, and better than I expected (yes, some plants had debris fall on them, but it's minor and probably less damage than the deer cause on a regular basis).Overall, I'm very happy with the Brookens team and would recommend them to anyone in the need of a new roof.

Hands down the BEST roofing company by far! The process was extremely easy. Brookens Construction just completed our roof project last Thursday and so far we are very happy with the final result and the overall process. Our field representative, Darren provided us with fantastic service from the start providing the initial roof inspection, an awesome inspection report for insurance purposes and then being back at our home to meet with and go back up on the roof with the insurance agent to point out and discuss the damages. He even tarped/repaired a hole in the ridge vent at the top of our roof to ensure that if water was getting it, it would be stopped. He helped us with shingle selection and made special trips to our home to show us samples of shingles we were thinking about. We have not had to work with the insurance company at all up to this point - Brookens has handled all of this on our behalf. We liked the online customer portal which kept us apprised of where we were with the project. The office staff is courteous and very helpful with questions. The provided us with great information of what to expect with the project when the work was scheduled. The project itself went very smooth - the crew was there when promised and our project manager Ernesto was very informative and he and the crew met all of the requests that we asked for (such as ensuring that our deck was protected during the project). The crew was very professional, courteous and friendly. They had the job completed in a day. The yard and area around our house was cleaned completely - we couldn't tell that there had been a project there when it was finished. Our roof is beautiful and we are very pleased with the work! Its too early to comment on durability and if there are any new construction issues such as leaks etc but I am confident that the work will be sound. The only negative that I could come up with for this project was there was some minor spattering of oil or something that was left on our driveway but I should be able to get that easily enough with a driveway cleaner. Thanks Brookens for the great work and the beautiful roof!

Rob Moxley and his crew from Brookens were awesome to work with. They showed up promptly at 7am and began working on the roof replacement; they were finished and totally cleaned up by 2pm. The communication with all Brookens staff since day 1 has been excellent and I’ve been very happy with them. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof in southern Wisconsin!
