Brookens did all the dealings with insurance, which made the process easy and much less stressful. William Knight was the initial inspector and sales guy, and was great to work with! I changed my mind on colors and vent options, but he was patient the whole time, and helpful. I don't know about construction, like how to know if it was done right, but it rained for 2 days and there are no leaks as far as I can tell, and the team was so efficient. The roof looks great! Kacey and his team put in the new larger gutters and downspouts, and was also great to work with and gave helpful advice. There's no water in the basement. Bonus that the work was all done in one day! They've got the whole process down to a science. Oh, they re-roofed the shed too 😁

In fairness to Brookens Construction upon posting my original review the company owner contacted me and stated he wanted to immediately rectify the problem and indicated customer service was a main priority for the company. I dealt with Phil from Brookens who assisted me moving forward. The gutter extensions were all put in place within 2 days, and the job was completed as I had originally hoped it would be. Thanks to Phil and Brookens for finishing the job right and having the integrity to admit and correct the problem.

Brookens came through big when my insurance company was denying my claim for hail damage to my roof. Their team was vigilant with getting a full roof replacement. When it was time for the install, Isaac Castronovo led the project with expertise. His customer service was perfect. Anytime I had a question, he had the answer and was completely transparent with the job. Once complete, the job site was cleaned up great to my expectations. The attached photos don't do justice for the excellent roof I now have. I highly recommend Brookens.

I got a new roof with Brookens and overall had a great experience. Their sales rep was informative and took the time to answer questions and followup afterwards. He also helped us navigate an issue with one of our windows, which needed to be addressed before the roof was replaced. The office staff communicated clearly, thoroughly, and respectfully (even when I was forgetful). I really appreciated the informative emails with ALL of the details of what to expect each step of the way. The roofing crew was efficient and their crew manager was receptive to conversation and wanted to make sure we were involved in decision making so we were pleased with the results. We contracted with Brookens to replace our roof and gutters earlier this year. First they did an outstanding job with the overall project, communication was consistent and we always knew where we were in the project timeline. They keep the site clean and tidy which is always a concern, we didn't need to find nails in our puppies paws!This year spring has been super windy in SE Wisconsin as those of you who live here know. Our home after having the roof replaced, in high winds turned into a harmonica. The whole home would reverberate. I thought it had something to do with the roof vent, the fact our home is in an open area and the high wind gusts.Cody and his crew came out right a way to take a look in the attic for what may be amiss, I have no idea how they got up there!!! - turns out a piece of replaced decking had come loose. The following week they had a crew come out to fix it and they noticed some other rot on our chimney box. They repaired it all! Simply amazing!We just had a relatively windy weekend, all was quiet in the house!! We are grateful that we engaged with Brookens and they definitely take care of their customers.
