They were very clean as well.After the fact, I had a minor issue with the roof on my shed (something that wasn't really their fault), and they were eager to come back and resolve it. After my neighbor used Brookens for their roof and after searching for and interviewing other contractors, I decided to go with Brookens because of their customer service reputation and seeing their work on my neighbor’s house. John was great and walked me through the scenario and how the process would work for the roof, siding and gutters that were being replaced due to the hail damage. Everything went well throughout the process until the very end. I feel they were very patient and understanding about what I wanted and the guys that did the actual labor were friendly and hard-working.Towards the end when I went to put my doorbells back on, I noticed the holes were not in the correct place so I waited and waited and they told me they would show back up, but it was almost winter and two months later, no one came to fix the last couple pieces of siding where the doorbell holes were as well as one window that was not caulked. I called Brookens because I got a notice for a final bill and they had not communicated with one another and I was told that Chad would come by and fix the siding. He never showed up. By this time it was almost snowing so I hired another contractor to put my doorbells in and replace the siding where the holes were drilled wrong.In the end they did reimburse me for the work that the other contractor did but no one to date has come to caulk the window.I really wanted to give them five stars because I’m very happy overall with how my house turned out and the work they did but in the end they should’ve finished the details.

They presented several options for shingle, and when we asked about a different brand they quickly added it to the proposal. We got quotes from several companies, carefully ensured we had parity on product and installation, and Brookens was several thousand less expensive. Their roofers and PM Rob were courteous, friendly, professional and highly competent. Communication before, during and after was fantastic, from sales to coordinator to PM.5/5, highly recommend.

After multiple contractors came out to inspect shingle damage from a tornado and a prior companies poor install Brookens went above and beyond. They have reached back to fight with the Insurance Company (Thanks for nothing American Family) to try and cover the full roof not just half since damage has took place on both sides. Craftsmanship looks good, went fast (ranch house) and the attention to not leave any traces behind went a long way. Will reach out in the future if another home needs their services.
